Dedication of Honor

Dedication of Honor LaTrice D. Ferguson

A Reflection of God’s Plan

Our beautiful flower, LaTrice Davonna Ferguson, was born on October 1, 1990, in Charleston, SC, to loving and adoring parents, Donald and Ernestine (Tina) Ferguson.

Everyone who knew Trice knew she was always willing to help others and was even a little outspoken at times. She had a heart of gold, a laugh that touched heaven, and a presence that could never be forgotten.

Trice always understood that she was called to serve others, and she did so with a bright smile and contagious laugh that could be heard from a distance.

As with all beautiful flowers temporarily planted in this world as a reminder of God’s genuine love, promise, and faithfulness, our Heavenly Father collected His precious flower on Sunday, March 1, 2015. We thank God for the 24 wonderful years He allowed us to water and nurture Trice, His beautiful flower, and will always remember the joy her life brought to so many.

The LaTrice D. Ferguson Healthcare Institute was renamed in 2022 to honor the establishment of the LaTrice D. Ferguson School of Nursing Assistants in 2015. The entire family has been dedicated to “making dreams come true” in Latrice’s memory.
